		<description>There's always, "Do you speak English?" - in English. Even if they don't know English, they'll know this phrase. You're also asking, "Do you want to deal with me?" at the same time, but so it goes. You can try asking in French ("Par le vous anglais?") but I murder any French pronunciation/accent to the point of confusing them.</description>
